Welcome! The Lean Lane is about finding the right path to achieve your fitness goal(s). Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the enjoyable side of exercise, and while it will not always be easy, finally achieving what you set out to accomplish will far exceed the discomfort along the way. The program crafted for you will involve various weighted exercises that will help you burn fat, boost your metabolism, and improve overall health.
